Software/Data Backup. You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any loss of software or data. You should backup the software and data on your System’s hard disk drive and on any other storage device(s) in the System.
Software/Data Backup. If the technician is unable to resolve the problem over the phone and determines that onsite support services as identified in Section 5, above, is necessary, the following standard procedure applies:

Neither does Dell provide any guarantee or warranty of any kind with respect to any third-party product that a technician may use in assisting you.

MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED strongly recommends that you at all times maintain a complete data backup and disaster recovery plan.
