Software Design, Testing, and Implementation Support. The Contractor must conduct requirements analyses, software design, software development, evaluation, and assessments for environmental, operational, and economic modeling and research applications. This will include analyses of current technology and data, software maintenance, software integration, and integration of data into software applications. The Contractor will also: • Assess current applicable algorithms for incorporation into existing applications; • Perform design reviews; • Develop functional specifications, ensure adherence to coding standards, and perform system configuration management; • Perform version administration; and, • Analyze operational concepts and system and data requirements. • Implement approved software designs in construction of pre-processing, core module, and post-processing capabilities, including Graphical User Interface, source data, and GIS functions. • Test and evaluate all software in a manner in accordance with relevant technical schedules and International Standards Organization processes. • Provide documentation and user training as requested by the FAA for each application developed.   • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS

  • Software Support Services 6.1 The Software Support Services shall comprise:

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
