Software Release Support. If the Vendor Products are, or contain, --- ------------------------ software, the following shall apply: Vendor shall support the current and the two prior major releases of software for the Vendor Products in accordance with Schedule D. However, Newbridge may, at no charge, require Vendor to continue to produce and support older versions of the Vendor Products for specific Newbridge customers, for a reasonable period of time.

Software Release Support. During the installation of, and for a period of ninety (90) days after the installation of any Software Release, Itron shall make one or more qualified technical representatives available via the toll-free telephone number set forth in Schedule D during the routine support hours set forth in Schedule D, to assist the DLC Service Administrator with installation, use and maintenance of the Software Release.
Software Release Support. In consideration for the Maintenance Fee, Vendor shall support major releases of software for the Vendor Products in accordance with Schedule D for a two year period.   • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • Product Support (a) This Agreement does not include technical support by MS to Company, OEM Customers or any end users. Company may be able to purchase technical support services from MS or a MS Party, under a separate agreement.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Software Warranty NETGEAR warrants to the end-user that each item of Software, as delivered or updated by NETGEAR and properly installed and operated on the Hardware or other equipment it is originally licensed for, will function substantially as described in its then-current user documentation during its respective warranty period. If any item of Software fails to so perform during its warranty period, as the sole remedy NETGEAR or NETGEAR's supplier will at its discretion provide a suitable fix, patch or workaround for the problem which may be included in a future revision of the Software. For specific Software which is distributed by NETGEAR as a licensee of third parties, additional warranty terms offered by such third parties to end-users may apply.

  • REMOTE ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM The Custodian and each Fund agree to be bound by the terms of the Remote Access Services Addendum hereto.

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.
