DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.
Alcohol The intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.
Alcohol Policy Residents are required to abide by all New York State and New York University regulations regarding the use of alcohol. In residence halls, persons under the age of 21 may not be in the presence of alcohol or alcoholic beverage containers. Students (including residents and non- residential students), and guests who are of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older) may possess and consume alcoholic beverages (referred herein “alcohol”) within NYU residence halls in accordance with the following:
Drugs Possession or use of drugs by the Student, any person present in the residence with the Student, or any person present in the Student’s residence with the permission of the Student during the Student’s absence, are strictly prohibited in any UCF DHRL facility. Alcohol & Drugs I understand that the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is prohibited at all game locations and Activities hosted by the Club. I understand that by not following the rules of the game, or by playing while intoxicated, or if there is any suspicion of intoxication, I will not be allowed to play and will not receive a refund.
Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.
Professionalism The Engineer shall perform the services it provides under the contract: (1) with the professional skill and care ordinarily provided by competent engineers practicing under the same or similar circumstances and professional license and (2) as expeditiously as is prudent considering the ordinary professional skill and care of a competent engineer.
Drugs and Alcohol The Pupil may be given the opportunity to provide a biological sample under medical supervision if involvement with drugs is suspected, or a sample of breath to test for alcohol consumed in breach of School rules or policy. A sample or test in these circumstances will not form part of the Pupil's permanent medical record.
