SPECIAL TIME OFF. 12.15.1 If the work schedule of a unit member is such that it does not allow sufficient time to vote in any federal, state, or local election in which the employee is entitled to vote, the District shall arrange to allow only sufficient time for such voting by the member without loss of pay.
