Common use of Special Training Clause in Contracts

Special Training. In addition to the minimum training set forth in section 6-d of this agreement, the Regional Major Crimes Team shall undertake, on a regular and recurring basis, investigative tactics such as evidence collection, report writing, search warrant and arrest warrant affidavit training. The training will be provided by the member’s parent agency and/or cost for such training will be paid by the member’s agency.
