Verbal Complaint. It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that complaints of Employees shall be adjusted as quickly as possible, and it is understood that an Employee has no grievance until he or she has first given his/her immediate supervisor or their designate an opportunity to adjust his or her complaint. A complaint shall only be considered if it is raised and acknowledged by the immediate supervisor within seven (7) days of the event giving rise to the complaint or within seven (7) days after the employee has or ought to have had knowledge of the event giving rise to the complaint. The immediate supervisor will provide a response within three (3) days. If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, the complaint may then be taken up as a grievance in the following manner: Failing a satisfactory settlement to the complaint, the aggrieved employee, accompanied by a Union Committee Person, may present his/her written grievance to the Executive Director or their designate within five (5) days following the response from the immediate supervisor. The grievance shall contain a concise statement of the matter complained of, and the redress sought, and shall be signed by the employee submitting the grievance. The grievance should also contain a statement of the clause or clauses of this agreement said to have been violated. Within five (5) days of receipt of the written grievance, the Executive Director or their designate will arrange a meeting for the purpose of reviewing the grievance. The Employee, the Executive Director or their designate, and the Employee’s Union Committee Person will attend this meeting. The decision of the Executive Director will be made known in writing within five (5) days from which the aforementioned meeting was held.
Verbal Complaint. Any employee or group of employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right at any time to present problems or complaints verbally to his/her or their immediate superior and have such problem or complaint resolved without invoking the formal grievance procedure, with or without the attendance of the grievance representative; provided further, that such resolution is not inconsistent with the expressed terms of this Agreement.
Verbal Complaint. The parties hereto are agreed that complaints of employees should be dealt with as quickly as possible. If an employee (or employees) has any complaint he shall, together with the Xxxxxxx, present it verbally to his Supervisor within ten (10) working days after the incident giving rise to the alleged grievance occurred, or has or ought to have come to the attention of the employee concerned. If the complaint is not settled to the satisfaction of the employee (or employees) within one (1) working day, or within any longer period that may be mutually agreed upon at the time, then the following grievance procedure shall apply:

Verbal Complaint. No disciplinary action will be taken against any employee resulting from a verbal complaint, unless an investigation is conducted by the Employer and the facts substanti- ate the complaint. The employee will be advised at the beginning and periodically through the investigation process by the appropriate administrator. This section shall not apply to any complaint and/or investigation initiated and conducted by any governmental agency.
Verbal Complaint. The employee(s) assisted by a Xxxxxxx shall first take the matter up with their respective immediate Supervisor. Failing a settlement at this stage within five (5) working days, then Step 2 may be invoked.
Verbal Complaint. We will investigate your verbal complaints without delay and we will remedy them straight away to the extent possible. If you are unhappy with how we are dealing with your complaint or if it is not possible to remedy your complaint straight away, then we will minute your complaint, consult you about its contents and seek your approval. You will receive the minutes in copy. As soon as we receive your complaint, we will investigate it and we will inform you in writing of our findings with justification within 30 days of the date of submission. The above procedure is also applicable to complaints received by phone. The minutes of your complaint will record the following details:
a) your name;
b) your home address and your mailing address, as necessary;
c) the place, time and manner of receiving your complaint;
d) detailed description of your complaint

Verbal Complaint. No employee shall have a grievance until the employee has discussed their complaint with their Supervisor. If the Supervisor does not settle the matter to the employee's satisfaction, the employee may proceed to Step of the grievance procedure by filing a written grievance. The Company shall be under no obligation to consider or process a verbal complaint unless it has been made within ten (10) days from the time the circumstances upon which the complaint is based were known or should have been known by the The Supervisor shall respond to the verbal complaint within five (5) days. An employee's grievance must be submitted in writing to their Supervisor within twelve (12) days of receipt of the Supervisor's response at Step No. The written grievance shall set out the facts and issues giving rise to the grievance, the article or articles of the Collective Agreement allegedly violated and the remedy desired. The grievance shall be signed by the and the Xxxxxxx and dated. If a meeting is held at this step, the persons in attendance will include the and Xxxxxxx, the Supervisor and the Department Manager. The Supervisor will respond to the written grievance within seven (7) days of receipt of such grievance or of the meeting, if a meeting is held, and the giving of such answer will terminate Step No.
Verbal Complaint. A grievance will be defined as any difference, dispute or complaint arising from the interpretation, administration, application, or alleged violation of this Collective Agreement. Grievances must be submitted in writing to the Employer within ten (10) working days of the event in question or within ten (10) working days from the time the employee should reasonably have known of the event in question, in accordance with the following procedure: An employee shall first discuss the complaint with his immediate Manager, who shall attempt to resolve it. The Manager must respond within the five (5) working days of the employee’s complaint being lodged. In the event that the Manager’s response is deemed by the employee to be unsatisfactory, then the employee may proceed to Step 1.
Step 1 An employee, accompanied by his xxxxxxx shall submit his grievance signed and in writing on a form supplied by the Union, to his immediate supervisor within five (5) working days. A written answer shall be given by the supervisor within five (5) working days.
Step 2 Failing a satisfactory settlement at Step 1, the grievance shall be submitted to the Food Services Director within five (5) working days from response at Step l. A meeting will be held with the grievor, the Union xxxxxxx and the Food Services Director or District Supervisor within five (5) working days. The Food Services Director or District Supervisor shall give a written answer within five (5) working days of the Step 2 meeting.
Step 3 Failing a satisfactory settlement at Step 2, the grievance shall be submitted to the District Manager within five (5) working days from the response at Step 2. A meeting will be held with the grievor, the Grievance Committee and the District Manager within ten (10) working days. The District Manager shall give a written answer within five (5) working days of the Step 3 meeting. Failing a satisfactory settlement of the grievance at Step 3, the matter may be referred to Arbitration, within a period of fifteen (15) working days from the receipt of the Employer's written answer at Step 3.
