COMPENSATION PLAN AND PROGRAM. A. Special Salary Program July l, 1999 to June 30, 2003 It is agreed that during the term of this Agreement for the period of July l, 1999 - June 30, 2003, the following salary and fringe benefit improvements shall be provided to eligible employees in the unit within the applicable policies and practices of the State and in keeping with the conditions set forth herein. Subject to the State Legislature enacting appropriations of funds for these specific purposes, the State agrees to provide the following benefits effective at the time stated here or, if later, within a reasonable time after enactment of the appropriation.

  • Compensation Plan 1. Subject to any applicable regulation and the Company's/its contractor approval, the applicant shall choose a Compensation Plan on the Affiliate Participation Form. An Affiliate may not change the elected Compensation Plan.

  • Deferred Compensation Program ‌ Unit members shall continue to be eligible to join the County’s Deferred Compensation Plan. Said employees will be bound by the same Plan, rules and participation agreements as are generally applicable to other County employees. DSA acknowledges that County retains the right to alter, amend, or repeal the current plan, rules, and participation agreements, at any time. The County shall not charge an administrative fee to participating employees.

  • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work.   • Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
