The analysis must include the total PCB concentration (picograms/gram wet weight in reef fish skin-on lateral muscle fillet, percent lipids, concentrations of 209 individual PCB congeners, and ten PCB homolog concentrations) from each fish sample from the Oriskany Reef Project Name: Ex-Oriskany PCB Artificial Reef Monitoring Project FWC Contract No. 21216 or Control Reef collected in accordance with the COMMISSION’s Oriskany Reef monitoring plan (Revision 4, June 25, 2007).
