Sidewalks and Pathways i. Sidewalks and pathways in the right-of-way shall be constructed in full compliance with Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG) and sidewalks and pathways outside the right-of-way shall be in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Sidewalks and Pathways. The Owner shall construct sidewalks and pathways in accordance with this Agreement including, but not limited to, the Design Information and the terms and specifications as set out in Schedule "H".
Sidewalks and Pathways. The Owner shall construct the following Sidewalks and Pathways as shown on the attached Figure H to facilitate pedestrian movement, bus routing stops and the safety of school children as called for in condition #22 of the Draft Plan Approval of the County of Essex issued February 14, 2022 file no 37-T-21004 (herein “the County Approval”). The owner shall construct a 1.5m wide concrete sidewalk on all roadways within the development as shown on Figure H, with the exception of those areas/blocks identified for pathways, in accordance with “Paving and Grading Plan” prepared by the Owner’s engineer, that is on-file with the Town, and in accordance with the approved design information and OPSD 310.010 and 310.030. Sidewalks shall not be constructed prior to the expiration of one year from the completion of the installation of all services to be installed beneath the sidewalks. Sidewalks shall be continuous within this development. As such, it is anticipated that the sidewalks will be constructed prior to the construction of the driveway approaches. However, where it is proposed that a driveway approach be constructed prior to the placement of the sidewalk as a whole, then the sidewalk shall be formed through the driveway approach (in the location shown in the engineering data) and poured separately from the pouring of the abutting driveway approach. The sidewalk shall be constructed with 2% cross-fall. The owner shall construct a 3.0m wide asphalt pathway on that part of Blocks 160, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166 and along “Street A”, “Street G” and a 4.0m wide asphalt pathway along “Street G” and on Block 158 as shown in Figure H and in accordance with the “Paving and Grading Plan” prepared by the Owner’s engineer, that is on-file with the Town. The Owner shall be responsible for the seeding and/or sodding of areas adjacent to the pathways to the satisfaction of the Town and as otherwise shown in Figure H or called for in the details of the Design Information. FIGURE “H” SCHEDULE “I” TREES The Owner shall install one boulevard tree for every 12m of boulevard between the sidewalk and the curb. The species, timing of the installation and location of the trees (minimum 50mm calliper) to be planted shall be determined by the Town subsequent to the construction of the driveways on the lots within the Development. Sidewalks and Pathways. The Association shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of such sidewalks and pathways (if any) as may be constructed and installed within West Winds, and the cost thereof shall be included in the administrative costs covered by the assessment collected by the Association pursuant to Article II of the Bylaws.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Driveways 2.8 The Shop Response must include the possible impact description as well as a timeframe for restoration of Utility or work area. End users and O&M must be made aware of the possible impact in case of failure of redundant system/equipment. End user(s) and O&M must have some say of the date and time it may take place.

  • Landscape Develop and coordinate landscape design concepts entailing analysis of existing conditions, proposed components and how the occupants will use the facility. Include location and description of planting, ground improvements and visual barriers.

  • Roadways Roadways shall be designed in accordance with design data and criteria of the Ministry of Transportation as revised from time to time. Roadways shall be constructed in the locations and to the widths and grades indicated within Schedules "A-1" and "E" and set out in Schedule "D" attached hereto.

  • Staging In addition to the staging categories listed in paragraph 1 of Annex 2-A, this Schedule contains staging categories 20-A, 20-B, PR-1 and PR-130:

  • Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • PAVING Provide a standard bubble map, as part of the plans, showing locations of numbered points, and a table with point number, northing and easting coordinates, description, and BL station for each point, for the following: ▪ all platted control irons (set or not), including plat boundary irons, for the entire sub-division, not just the current phase ▪ benchmarks, including TBM set with preliminary survey In addition to the required coordinate information, the following shall be included in all plans, at a minimum, as needed for construction staking on all City projects. ▪ Include copy of plat(s) on all plans, as relevant and approved by the Design Engineer ▪ Benchmarks – minimum of two City standards, four total desirable; as close to project as possible, even if TBM set with preliminary survey. ▪ Benchmark elevations must be in the same datum as the design (i.e. NAV 88 design needs NAV 88 benchmarks, not NAV 29) ▪ All control irons/identified property irons shall be shown on plans, with BL stationing and offset ▪ Show deflection angles in BL, and/or bearing/azimuth of BL sections ▪ Arterial project side streets – provide BL station at CL of intersection of the two streets, on the BL; BL station and offset to CL of side street at removal limits; include deflection angle from BL to CL of side street ▪ Existing FL/pavement grades shown at all match points ▪ Top of curb grades and stationing at all ends-of-return and horizontal/vertical P.I.’s, not just even stationing ▪ CL top of pavement grades for arterial ▪ CL elevation for streets on mass grading work @ 100’ Sta in tangent sections and 50’ on curves.

  • Landscaping Maintaining, tending and cultivating and (as necessary) re-stocking any garden or grassed areas including replacing plants, shrubs and trees as necessary.
