Split Workdays. Notwithstanding Article 18.01, split workdays are defined as those workdays with an unpaid period of more than one (1) hour inclusive of unpaid meal breaks. No employee shall be required to work a split workday. However, by mutual agreement between the parties represented by the Labour/Management Committee, split workdays may be accommodated.
