Splitters. CARRIER shall own and have sole responsibility to forecast, purchase, install, inventory, provision and maintain splitters for purposes of providing xDSL-based service to its customers via the LS One service, and shall collocate such splitters in accordance with Section 10 above, and consistent with AT&T-13STATE’s standard collocation practices and procedures. With respect to any CARRIER physical collocation arrangement in which a CARRIER splitter is located, CARRIER will have test access to the line side of its splitter (assuming CARRIER has provisioned splitter cards that provide test port capabilities). CARRIER-owned splitters shall be provisioned using standard AT&T-13STATE configuration cabling and wiring in AT&T-13STATE locations and shall adhere to established industry and national standards. CARRIER’s Connecting Block layouts will reflect standard recognizable arrangements that work in conjunction with AT&T-13STATE’s OSS.

Splitters. Climax shall own and have sole responsibility to forecast, purchase, install, inventory, provision and maintain splitters for purposes of line splitting hereunder and shall collocate such splitters in accordance with the collocation provisions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or as set forth in the applicable Commission-ordered tariff, as applicable, and consistent with AT&T MICHIGAN’s standard collocation practices and procedures. With respect to any Climax physical collocation arrangement in which a Climax splitter is located, Climax will have test access to the line side of its splitter (assuming Climax has provisioned splitter cards that provide test port capabilities). Climax-owned splitters shall be provisioned using standard AT&T MICHIGAN configuration cabling and wiring in AT&T MICHIGAN locations and shall adhere to established industry and national standards Climax’s Connecting Block layouts will reflect standard recognizable arrangements that work in conjunction with AT&T MICHIGAN’s OSS.

  • Virus Management Transfer Agent shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within the Transfer Agent environment.

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.

  • Staffing Consultant will designate in writing to Authority its representative, and the manner in which it will provide staff support for the project, which must be approved by Authority. Consultant must notify Authority’s Contract Representative of any change in personnel assigned to perform work under this Contract, and the Authority’s Contract Representative has the right to reject the person or persons assigned to fill the position or positions. The Authority’s Contract Representative shall also have the right to require the removal of the Consultant’s previously assigned personnel, including Consultant’s representative, provided sufficient cause for such removal exists. The criteria for requesting removal of an individual will be based on, but not limited to, the following: technical incompetence, inability to meet the position’s qualifications, failure to perform, poor attendance, ethics violation, unsafe work habits, or damage to Authority or other property. Upon notice for removal, Consultant shall replace such personnel with personnel substantially equal in ability and qualifications for the positions and shall submit the proposed replacement personnel qualification and abilities to the Authority, in writing, for approval.

  • HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING General Office Area: The building shall be equipped with a combination heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. The system shall have ducted supply and return air. The space above the ceiling shall not be used as a supply or return plenum. The systems shall be sized in accordance with the weather conditions identified in Chapter 13, “Energy Conservation” of the 1996 BOCA Building Code and supplemented by the “Building Code Rules”. All HVAC equipment shall be commercial or light industrial grade. If new construction it shall be installed at grade or within mechanical rooms for easy access and maintenance. If existing construction, roof mounted equipment will be considered after all other options have been exhausted, including the elimination of noise and vibration transfer to the structural members. The HVAC systems shall be zoned, with units sized and placed as required by heating and cooling loads on the building. Zoning of systems is dependent on the size, shape and orientation of the building. The HVAC system shall be divided into a minimum of 4 exterior and 1 interior temperature control zones. Return air shall be taken from the area supplied or adjacent to the area in the same temperature control zone. The ventilation and exhaust system shall be sized to maintain a positive pressure throughout the building envelope to limit air and dust infiltration. No HVAC ductwork shall be installed under the floor slab or underground.

  • Wash all machine-washable bedding, drapes, and clothing, on the hottest water temperature and dry on the highest heat setting. Items that cannot be washed must be taken to a dry cleaner who MUST be informed of the issue. You must safely discard ALL items that cannot be decontaminated.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Anti-Layering The Company shall not incur, create, issue, assume, guarantee or otherwise become liable for any Indebtedness that is both (a) subordinate or junior in right of payment to any Senior Debt and (b) senior in any respect in right of payment to the Notes. No Subsidiary Guarantor shall incur, create, issue, assume, guarantee or otherwise become liable for any Indebtedness that is both (a) subordinate or junior in right of payment to its Senior Debt and (b) senior in right of the Section 4.9 hereof.

  • Car 7.1 You will be provided you with a car of suitable age, make, model and specification during the continuance of your employment in accordance with the policy laid down by the Company from time to time and the Company shall pay all standing and running costs relating to it (including the cost of fuel for private mileage) but not any taxable benefit arising. You shall comply with all rules laid down by the Company in relation to Company vehicles, notify the Company immediately of any accident involving your car and of any charge brought against you for a motoring offence and, unless otherwise agreed, shall return the car to your place of work forthwith on termination of your employment.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.
