Sports Trips. Regular drivers will be allowed to bid on sports trips provided they are available for their other regular runs. Regular drivers may bid for the return trip of a sports trip if the return trip does not conflict with their regular run. Regular drivers on standby status can bid for the sports trip but may not be awarded the trip due to standby needs on the day of the trip. Substitute drivers will be utilized if no available regular driver has bid and been awarded the sports trip.
Sports Trips. When selecting drivers for interscholastic sports, one lead driver will be selected for each of the sporting events listed below. Drivers with the most seniority will have the first opportunity to select a particular sport for which they would like to be lead driver. Other sports will be assigned to drivers on a rotational basis, beginning with the highest seniority to the lowest seniority person. The lead driver will drive for their selected sport for the entire season. If for some reason, the driver of a selected sport is not able to make a particular run, the driver will make every effort to find an appropriate substitute for that trip. Drivers may also switch trips if it is mutually agreeable. The administration will find a substitute driver for any sports trip in which a lead driver is unable to find a substitute.   • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Network Etiquette The user is expected to abide by the generally accepted rules of network etiquette. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Extra Trips A. Field trips (extra trips) shall be provided by rotation on a list composed of regular drivers who volunteer in descending order of classification seniority (defined in Article 39).

  • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.

  • Local Switching Interfaces 4.2.13.1 Global Connection shall order ports and associated interfaces compatible with the services it wishes to provide, as listed in Exhibit B. BellSouth shall provide the following local switching interfaces:

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Nex-Phon has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Nex-Phon. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Nex-Phon (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias. Procedures include but are not limited to: • Rapid Palatal Expansion (RPE); • Placement of component parts (e.g. brackets, bands); • Interceptive orthodontic treatment; • Comprehensive orthodontic treatment (during which orthodontic appliances are placed for active treatment and periodically adjusted); • Removable appliance therapy; and • Orthodontic retention (removal of appliances, construction and placement of retainers).
