Staff Development Points for Salary Credit. To count for salary schedule advancement, all requests for in-service points must follow the proper PDC Toolbox authorization, must be earned within 5 years of the request for movement, must be earned while employed at USD 447 and must be approved by the Professional Development Council and the Superintendent. All approved application and impact points shall count. Approved knowledge points earned either outside the duty day or outside the district shall count for salary schedule movement. All points earned are regardless of last degree. A standard form will need to be filled out by the employee requesting salary advancement through inservice points. The Superintendent will notify the employee and the CTA President if a request has been denied. (2012)

  • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement.   • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Salary Progression 1. For the purposes of determining annual progression from one step to the next, each teacher’s performance will be assessed annually against the appropriate professional standards.
