STAFF TRAINING AND COMPETENCE. The Supplier shall warrant that all staff, particularly those interacting directly with Applicants and the wider public, are appropriately trained to interact with members of protected groups and ensure that they do not discriminate by commission or omission in delivery of the Service on behalf of the Customer.

  • Employee Training and Discipline Contractor agrees to advise its personnel who have access to Medi-Cal PII of the confidentiality of the information, the safeguards required to protect the information, and the civil and criminal sanctions for non-compliance contained in applicable Federal and State laws.
