Staffing New Locations. If the Employer transfers employees from one site to another for the purpose of performing work, such employees shall hold the seniority they had immediately prior to being transferred to the new location. The procedure outlined in the foregoing paragraph shall not apply to any new site opening in the bargaining area of Prince Xxxxxx. The Employer agrees that employees will only be transferred from one site to another with their consent.
