Staffing of Exhibits. All exhibits must be continuously staffed each day of the Exhibition during those hours when the Exhibition is open to attendees. There will be no exceptions.

Staffing of Exhibits. Exhibits must be operational for the duration of the Exhibit Hall hours (June 4, 2016 from 07:30 to 16:00 and June 5, 2016 from 07:30 to 15:00) Inclusions Exhibit space rental does not include any of the following: electricity, Internet connection, labor, shipping or any other services. Staffing of Exhibits. Exhibitor must maintain at least one employee at their booth, between the hours of 11:30 and 3:30. No more than 4 employees will be allowed per booth.
Staffing of Exhibits. Exhibit areas must be staffed at all times during show hours and NO Exhibitor will be permitted to pack, remove, or otherwise dismantle their booth prior to the close of the show at 4pm. Any exhibitor breaching this provision may be denied exhibit space at any future AAR Commercial Real Estate Expo.

We suggest you retain staff in your booth until event management has had time to clear the aisles of attendees each day at the closing of the show. Security is an added problem when booths are not manned.

  • Incorporation of Exhibits The Exhibits attached to this Agreement are incorporated herein and shall be considered a part of this Agreement for all purposes.

  • LIST OF EXHIBITS List below all exhibits filed as part of this Statement of Eligibility and Qualification.

  • Character of Exhibits The Exhibitor agrees to display only products or services sold in the regular course of business and as described in this contract. Each exhibit must comply with all applicable laws, codes and ordinances. Exhibits shall be dignified in character and, in the judgment of Show Management, not offensive to the general public. The Show Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject and/or remove any exhibit or portion of exhibit not in keeping with this rule or purpose of the show.

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.

  • Posting of Work Schedules Work schedules shall be written in ink and posted and maintained in such a way as to provide every employee an opportunity to know her shift schedule for an advanced period of six (6) weeks.

  • IN CASE OF ERRORS OR QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS In the event that you believe there has been an error with respect to any original check or image thereof transmitted to the Credit Union for deposit or a breach of this Agreement and Disclosure, you will immediately contact the Credit Union regarding such error or breach as set forth below. • By calling the Credit Union at: 000-000-0000; • By emailing the Credit Union at: xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx; or • By writing a letter and sending it to P.O. Box 60890, Los Angeles, CA 00000-0000. Contact us as soon as you can if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. • Tell us your name and Account number. • Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information. • Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within ten (10) business days. We will tell you the results of our investigation within ten (10)* business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45** days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will provisionally credit your Account within ten (10)* business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten (10) business days, we may not credit your Account. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation within three (3) business days after we finish our investigation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. * If you assert an error within 30 days after you make the first deposit to your Account, we will have 20 business days instead of ten (10) business days. ** If you give notice of an error within 30 days after you make the first deposit to your Account, or notice of an error involving a transaction initiated outside the United States, its possessions and territories, we will have 90 days instead of 45 days to investigate. In accordance with Visa Operating Rules and Regulations, you will receive a provisional credit for Visa Check Card losses for unauthorized use within five (5) business days after you have notified us of the loss. This does not apply to ATM transactions using a PIN(s).

  • Incorporation of Recitals and Exhibits The Recitals and each exhibit attached hereto are hereby incorporated herein by reference.

  • Incorporation of Schedules The Schedules identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

  • Posting of Schedules The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours' pay given in lieu of notice. All requests for time off for special personal events to be made to Management for their approval prior to the posting of the schedule, and will be granted wherever possible. It is understood that this clause does not apply to casual employees. There shall be a daily starting time for each employee. Daily hours of work for full time employees shall be consecutive, with the exception of meal periods.

  • Addendum to Agreement Students who do not complete an AA/AS degree can use the prescribed curriculum in a statewide transfer articulation agreement as a common advising guide for transfer to all public institutions that offer the designated bachelor’s degree program. Please note the following:
