Stage 2: Chief Executive Officer a. If the teacher initiating the grievance is not satisfied with the written decision at the conclusion of Stage 1 and wishes to proceed further under this grievance procedure, the teacher shall, within five (5) working days following the written decision of the supervisor, present the grievance to the Association’s Grievance Committee for its consideration. b. If the Grievance Committee determines that the teacher has a meritorious grievance, then it will file a written appeal of the decision at Stage 1b with the Chief Executive Officer within fifteen (15) working days after the teacher has received such written decision at Stage 1b. Copies of the written decision at Stage 1 shall be submitted with the appeal. c. Within seven (7) working days after receipt of the appeal, the Chief Executive Officer, or his/her duly authorized representative, shall hold a hearing with the teacher, his/her representative and the Grievance Committee and all other parties in interest. d. The Chief Executive Officer shall render a decision, in writing, to the teacher, his/her representative and the Grievance Committee within seven (7) working days after the conclusion of the hearing.

Stage 2: Chief Executive Officer. A. If the Administrator initiating the Grievance is not satisfied with the written decision at the conclusion of Stage 1 and wishes to proceed further under this Grievance procedure, the Administrator shall, within five (5) school days, present the Grievance to the Association’s Grievance Committee for its consideration. B. If the Grievance Committee determines that the Administrator has a meritorious Grievance, then it will file a written appeal of the decision at Stage 1 with the Chief Executive Officer within twenty (20) school days after the Administrator has received such written decision. Copies of the written decision at Stage 1 shall be submitted with the appeal. C. Within two (2) school days after receipt of the appeal, the Chief Executive Officer, or his/her duly authorized representative, shall hold a hearing with the Administrator and the Grievance Committee, or its representative, and all Parties of Interest. D. The Chief Executive Officer shall render a decision in writing to the Administrator, the Grievance Committee, and its representative within five (5) school days after the conclusion of the hearing. E. If the Chief Executive Officer is the Supervisor named in Stage 1, the Grievance may advance automatically to Stage 3.
Stage 2: Chief Executive Officer. 16-5-1 If the Aggrieved Party is satisfied with the decision at Stage 1, the grievance will be considered settled. 16-5-2 If the Aggrieved Party is not satisfied with the decision at Stage 1 and wishes to proceed further, the Aggrieved Party shall, within five (5) school days from the receipt of the Supervisor's written decision in Stage 1, present the grievance in writing to the Grievance Committee.
Stage 2: Chief Executive Officer. 22.8.1.1 If the aggrieved party is not satisfied with the written decision at the conclusion of Stage 1 and wishes to proceed further under this grievance procedure, the grievant shall, within five (5) days, file a written appeal of the decision with the Chief Executive Officer. The appeal shall include a statement of how and why the decision at Stage 1 is unsatisfactory and is not in compliance with the section of this agreement which is alleged to have been violated. 22.8.1.2 Within five (5) days after receipt of the appeal, the Chief Executive Officer, or his/her duly authorized representative, shall hold a meeting with the grievant or the grievant's representative and all other parties in interest. 22.8.1.3 The Chief Executive Officer shall render a decision in writing to the aggrieved party, the Grievance Committee and its representative within five (5) days after the conclusion of the meeting.
Stage 2: Chief Executive Officer. 4.6.2.1 If the teacher initiating the grievance and/or the Association are not satisfied with the written decision at the conclusion of Stage 1, a written appeal of the decision at Stage 1 with the Chief Executive Officer may be filed within ten (10) school days after the teacher has received such written decision. Copies of the written decision at Stage 1 shall be submitted with the appeal. 4.6.2.2 Within ten (10) school days after receipt of the appeal, the Chief Executive Officer, or his duly authorized representative shall hold a hearing with the teacher, his representative and all other parties in interest. 4.6.2.3 The Chief Executive officer shall render a decision in writing to the teacher, his/her representative and the Association within ten (10) school days after the conclusion of the hearing.
Stage 2: Chief Executive Officer. If the administrator initiating the grievance is not satisfied with the written decision of the conclusion of Stage 1, and wishes to proceed further under this grievance procedure the administrator shall, within five (5) days, present the grievance to the Association Grievance Committee for its consideration.
