STAND DOWN PROVISIONS. a) There may be times beyond our control when we are unable to offer you gainful employment and may need to stand you down without notice or pay indefinitely. b) During any stand down periods, you may apply for unemployment benefits or seek other work. If you recommence with us following a stand down period, you will still be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
