Common use of Standby Clause in Contracts

Standby. (a) Employees who stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement of a normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.2.

Standby. (a) Employees who are designated to stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal regular day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and until the commencement beginning of a normal the regular day shift on the last day of work in the normal work a week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for the position the employee is on standby for, for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement as earned under Clause 8.2Article 9.3.

Standby. (a) Employees who stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week workweek as defined in Clause 11.1 Article 13.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement of a normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week workweek shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours six hours, or portion thereof, that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.214.10.

Standby. (a) Employees who are required by the Employer to stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal standard work week as defined in Clause 11.1 6.1(a) (excluding public general holidays) and the commencement of a normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal standard work week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular normal rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by as required by the Employer in addition to any callout pay to which there the employee may be entitlement entitled under Clause 8.27.6.

Standby. (a) Regular Full-Time Employees and Temporary Full-Time Employees who stand by are on standby for a call to work between the end of a normal regular day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 Article 3.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement beginning of a normal regular day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week week, shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular classified rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.2.eight

Standby. (a) Regular Full-Time Employees and Temporary Full-Time Employees who stand by are on standby for a call to work between the end of a normal regular day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 Article 3.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement beginning of a normal regular day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week week, shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular classified rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.2Article 4.10.

Standby. (ai) Employees who are designated to stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal regular day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and until the commencement beginning of a normal the regular day shift on the last day of work in the normal work a week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay or Sub-Xxxxxxx Engineering Operations rate (whichever is greater) for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement as earned under Clause 8.2Article 9.3.

(ai) Full-Time Employees who stand by are on standby for a call to work between the end of a normal regular day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 Article 7 (excluding public statutory holidays) and the commencement beginning of a normal regular day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week week, shall be paid one (1) hour's ’s pay at the employee's regular ’s classified rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.2Article 8(f).

Standby. (a) Employees who are designated to stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and until the commencement beginning of a the normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement entitled under Clause 8.27.6.

(ai) Full‐Time Employees who stand by are on standby for a call to work between the end of a normal regular day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 Article 7 (excluding public statutory holidays) and the commencement beginning of a normal regular day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week week, shall be paid one (1) hour's ’s pay at the employee's regular ’s classified rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.2Article 8(f).

Standby. (a) Employees who are designated to stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and until the commencement beginning of a the normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay (except where the special rate of pay to be paid Waterworks and Sewers employees applies under Clause 7.5(d)) for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement entitled under Clause 8.27.6.

(a) Employees who stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement of a normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement entitle- ment under Clause 8.2.

(a) Employees who stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 clause 13.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement of a normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for each period of eight six (8) hours 6) hours, or portion thereof, that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.214.10.

(a) Employees who are designated to stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal regular day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and until the commencement beginning of a normal the regular day shift on the last day of work in the normal work a week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for the position the employee is on standby for, for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement as earned under Clause 8.2Section 9.3.

(a) Employees who stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 13.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement of a normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for each period of eight six (8) hours 6) hours, or portion thereof, that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.214.10.

Standby. (ai) Employees who are designated to stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal regular day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and until the commencement beginning of a normal the regular day shift on the last day of work in the normal work a week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay or Sub-Xxxxxxx Operations rate (whichever is greater) for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement as earned under Clause 8.2Article 9.3.

Standby. (ai) Employees who stand by for a are required to take call to work duty between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 10.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement of a normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.26.

(a) Employees An employee who stand stands by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement beginning of a normal day shift on the last day of work work, in the normal work a week excluding Public Holidays, shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular hourly rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.2.eight

(a) Regular Full-Time Employees and Temporary Full-Time Employees who stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal regular day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 Article 4.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement beginning of a normal regular day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week week, shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular classified rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout call-out pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.2Article 5.8.

Standby. (a) Employees who stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and the commencement of a normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement under Clause 8.2.

(a) Employees who are required by the Employer to stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal day shift on the first day and the beginning of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 the last of consecutive regularly scheduled shifts (excluding public statutory holidays) and the commencement of a normal day shift on the last day of work in the normal work week shall be paid one (1) hour's ’s pay at the employee's ’s regular rate of pay for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by as required by the Employer in addition to any callout pay to which there the employee may be entitlement entitled to under Clause 8.2Article 7.4.

Standby. (ai) Employees who are designated to stand by for a call to work between the end of a normal regular day shift on the first day of work in a normal work week as defined in Clause 11.1 (excluding public holidays) and until the commencement beginning of a normal the regular day shift on the last day of work in the normal work a week shall be paid one (1) hour's pay at the employee's regular rate of pay or Sub‐Xxxxxxx Engineering Operations rate (whichever is greater) for each period of eight (8) hours that the employee stands by, by in addition to any callout pay to which there may be entitlement as earned under Clause 8.2Article 9.3.

Standby.
