Standing Committee. a. The Board will appoint a standing committee to make recommendations to the Board in regard to an anticipated reduction in staff. This committee will consist of the superintendent, one (1) elementary administrator, one (1) secondary administrator, one (1) Board member, ex-officio, and one (1) elementary and one (1) secondary teacher, selected by the Association. b. Nothing in subsection 8. a. will restrict the Board's right to act expeditiously to reduce staff members when circumstances warrant.
