13.1 Guidelines for Reports Submitted by the StC Regional Representatives).
Reports by. Custodian Custodian shall furnish the Company periodically as agreed upon with a statement summarizing all transactions and entries for the account of Company. Custodian shall furnish to the Company, at the end of every month, a list of the portfolio securities for the Fund showing the aggregate cost of each issue. The books and records of Custodian pertaining to its actions under this Agreement shall be open to inspection and audit at reasonable times by officers of, and by auditors employed by, the Company.
Reports by. Each year, no later than February 15; Contractor shall submit a soft copy report of the total services ordered, by month, under this contract during the preceding calendar year (January 1 – December 31). The report must be in a format acceptable to City and must list by department or location the following:
(1) all services awarded under this contract; and (2) total quantity and dollar value of each service ordered, including services for which there were no orders. Contractor must also furnish a separate similar report for the total of all services ordered by City which are not part of this Contract, and any usage reports required prior to the extension of a Contract or Contract Modification. Emailed reports must not be larger than 10MB. Contractor shall email reports to: XXXXxxxxx.Xxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx Any report files larger than 10MB must be submitted in electronic format on CD-ROM or USB drive and mailed to the address shown below with the term contract number and “Annual Vendor Reporting” clearly marked on the envelope/packaging. (a) The [Indenture Trustee] shall:
(i) file with the Company and the Bond Insurer, within 15 days after the Issuer is required to file the same with the Commission, copies of the annual reports and of the information, documents and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may from time to time by rules and regulations prescribe) that the Issuer may be required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act. Such filings shall be as follows: within 15 days after each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee shall file with the Commission via the Electronic Data Gathering and Retrieval System, a Form 8-K with a copy of the statement to Bondholders for such Payment Date as an exhibit thereto. Prior to January 30, 1998, the Indenture Trustee shall file a Form 15 Suspension Notification with respect to the Trust Fund, if applicable. Prior to March 30, 1998, the Indenture Trustee shall file a Form 10-K, in substance conforming to industry standards, with respect to the Trust Fund. The Company hereby grants to the Indenture Trustee a limited power of attorney to execute and file each such document on behalf of the Company. Such power of attorney shall continue until the earlier of (i) receipt by the Trustee from the Company of written termination of such power of attorney and (ii) the termination of the Trust Fund. At least three Business Days prior to filing any Form 8-K or Form 10-K pursuant to this Section 7.03, the Indenture Trustee shall deliver a copy of such Form 8-K or Form 10-K, as the case may be, to the Company.
(ii) file with the Company, the Bond Insurer and the Commission in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the Commission such additional information, documents and reports with respect to compliance by the Issuer with the conditions and covenants of this Indenture as may be required from time to time by such rules and regulations; and
(iii) supply to the Company and the Bond Insurer (and the Indenture Trustee shall transmit by mail to all Bondholders described in TIA (S) 313(c)) such summaries of any information, documents and reports required to be filed by the Issuer pursuant to clauses (i) and (ii) of this Section 7.03(a) and by rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the Commission.

Reports by the Trustee (a) Within 60 days after September 15 of each year commencing with the year 1999, the Trustee shall transmit by mail to the Holders of Securities, as provided in subsection (c) of this Section 4.4, a brief report dated as of such September 15 with respect to any of the following events which may have occurred within the last 12 months (but if no such event has occurred within such period, no report need be transmitted):
(i) any change to its eligibility under Section 6.9 and its qualification under Section 6.8;
(ii) the creation of, or any material change to, a relationship specified in paragraph (i) through (x) of Section 6.8(c);
(iii) the character and amount of any advances (and if the Trustee elects so to state, the circumstances surrounding the making thereof) made by the Trustee (as such) which remain unpaid on the date of such report and for the reimbursement of which it claims or may claim a lien or charge, prior to that of the Securities of any series, on any property or funds held or collected by it as Trustee, except that the Trustee shall not be required (but may elect) to report such advances if such advances so remaining unpaid aggregate not more than 1/2 of 1% of the principal amount of all Securities Outstanding on the date of such report; (iv) the amount, interest rate, if any, and maturity date of all other indebtedness owing by the Issuer (or by any other obligor on the Securities) to the Trustee in its individual capacity on the date of such report, with a brief description of any property held as collateral security therefor, except any indebtedness based upon a creditor relationship arising in any manner described in Section 6.13(b)(2), (3), (4) or (6);
