Standing Joint Evaluation Committee. The Association and Board agree to establish a Standing Joint Evaluation Committee, consisting of one (1) Association member from each building (high school, middle school, and elementary school) and one (1) teacher to represent special subjects, appointed by the Association President, and an equal number of administrators appointed by the Superintendent/designee. This committee will establish the policies, procedures, and processes, including the evaluation instrument and determination of HQSD, for the evaluation of teachers in the District and to regularly review the effectiveness of the aforementioned items.
