Starting and Stopping Times. 3.01 The hours of work are as follows: 07:00 a.m. – 03:30 p.m. 03:30 p.m. – 12:00 midnight 3-Shift Operations: 07:00 a.m. – 03:00 p.m. 03:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m.** ** It is understood that the shift beginning 11:00 p.m. is to be treated as the next day’s shift, and the overtime rates for work on a Sunday do not apply to the shift beginning Sunday at 11:00 p.m.
Starting and Stopping Times. 19.601 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the starting and stopping time may be varied, at the Employer's discretion, by one (1) hour earlier or later than the normal 8:00 am start.
Starting and Stopping Times. The starting and stopping times shall be at the tool lock-up or lunchroom. The starting time of the normal hours of work may be varied by up to one (1) hour earlier or later, without penalty or premium, provided eight (8) hours advance notice is given by the Employer to the affected employees, (i.e. during the prior shift). Subject to the above, by mutual agreement, in writing, between the Business Manager and the Employer, the foregoing starting and quitting times may be changed by further variance to suit job requirements or conditions. If the foregoing starting or quitting times are changed without mutual agreement, except as noted above, applicable overtime rates shall be paid for any time worked before or after the above hours as a result of the change of the times.

The determination of regular starting and stopping times for daily and weekly work shall be made exclusively by Small Potatoes, and may be changed by Small Potatoes from time to time, subject to the provisions of this Agreement. Small Potatoes reserves the right to switch from a four day work schedule to a five day week schedule if the needs of the business require this.
