State Apportionment a. The COLLEGE DISTRICT shall include students enrolled in CCAP courses in its report of full-time equivalent students (FTES) for purposes of receiving state apportionments when the course(s) comply with current requirements for dual enrollment under applicable California law.

State Apportionment. 10.1. WKCCD certifies that it does not receive full compensation from any public or private agency, individual, or group for the direct education costs for the courses offered as part of this Agreement.
