Statement of Issue. Does Wage Data that is the subject of a WRIS Request, Reply, and Result include employer North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes?
Statement of Issue. The Parties shall communicate in advance of the arbitration hearing in an attempt to agree on a joint submission of the issue(s) for arbitration. If the Parties fail to agree on a joint submission, each Party will prepare a statement of what it believes the issue(s) to be. The Parties will exchange these statements of the issue(s) at least five (5) days in advance of the scheduled arbitration hearing date. The arbitrator will have final authority to determine the issue(s) to be decided.
Statement of Issue. The WRIS Agreement recognizes that wage data is confidential and measures must be taken to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data. Sections VIII. A.6., VIII. B.9., and VIII. C.8. provide that wage data shall be processed in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot retrieve such records by means of computer, remote terminal, or any other means. The proposed language addresses the concern that more specificity is needed in this description.
