STATUTORY HOLIDAYS DURING VACATIONS AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE. An employee will be granted a day in lieu with pay for each statutory or Company-observed holiday falling in their paid vacation period, or falling within any leave of absence period not exceeding 10 working days.
