Common use of STD Clause in Contracts

STD. Clean walls in entry ways, dining room, and kitchen. Clean doors, windows and ceilings. Walls, doors, windows and ceilings are visibly free of dust, dirt, grease and debris. IAW TB MED 530 6-501.11-13 and approved cleaning schedule AQL: Using ANSI Z1.4-2008: Acceptable Quality Level will be equal to 10% of the sample size for the surveillance period.
