Step 1. (1) The aggrieved party and/or designated representative shall first attempt to informally resolve the issue with the applicable supervisor. In the event such attempt is unsuccessful, the aggrieved party shall refer the grievance in writing to the supervisor, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the occurrence of the grievance.
