A grievance under this agreement shall be defined as any difference or dispute between the Employer and any employee relating to the interpretation, application or administration of this agreement, including any questions as to whether the matter is arbitrable, and an allegation that this agreement has been violated. Grievance Procedure - Individual. 25.03.01 Complaint Stage A Bargaining Unit Member may initiate a complaint in writing with the immediate supervisor (the Principal in the case of all teachers) who shall answer the complaint in writing within five (5) days after receipt of the complaint. A copy of any such complaint and proposed remedy must also be forwarded to the Bargaining Unit President or Designate. Any resolution of a complaint must receive the approval of the Bargaining Unit.
