Step I – Immediate Supervisor. No later than thirty (30) days after an alleged grievance occurs, an attempt shall be made to resolve the matter in informal verbal discussion between the grievant and his/her supervisor. The supervisor shall make his/her decision known to the grievant within four (4) days of the Step I meeting.
