STEP. If the decision of the operations Manager or his designate is not acceptable to the Union, then the grievance must be submitted to the director of operations or his designate who shall within five (5) working days of receipt of the grievance hold a meeting with the union grievance committee who may be accompanied by a staff representative of the international union. A decision in writing will be sent to the Union within five (5) working days of the meeting Any mutually agreed to decision of the parties at any step in the grievance procedure, as well as the arbitrator's decision, will be final and binding upon the Employer, the Union and the involved.
