Stipend. Employees who are offered extracurricular employment shall be paid stipends as set out in the Extracurricular Stipend Schedule, which is attached to and made part of this Agreement as Appendix B. Stipends are given in recognition of work done outside the normal seven and three-quarters (7 ¾) hours.
