Storage Life Sample Clauses

The Storage Life clause defines the period during which a product or material remains usable and retains its specified quality under recommended storage conditions. Typically, this clause outlines the exact duration—such as months or years—during which the supplier guarantees the product's effectiveness, and may specify storage requirements like temperature or humidity controls. Its core function is to set clear expectations for both parties regarding product viability, thereby reducing disputes over expired or degraded goods and ensuring that products are used within their optimal timeframe.
