STORE FRONT. 1. Landlord shall provide the Premises storefront in accordance with the architectural theme of Landlord’s master plans and the Peachtree Corners, Georgia zoning conditions. Landlord shall provide a minimum of one (1) EA 3’0”x6’8” glass storefront door. Storefront shall be designed with ¼" thick or 1” insulated glass (at Landlord’s option based on energy code calculations) and standard size aluminum storefront framing.

STORE FRONT. Store Front per Landlord's design shall be bronze anodized aluminum with I/4" clear glass panels and one (1) single acting front door with single cylinder dead bolt lock and closer.
STORE FRONT. The store front shall be bronzed, anodized aluminum and smoked glass, tempered as required by code. All store fronts and interiors shall be in accordance with architectural standards established for the shopping center by Landlord and shall be subject to review and approval by Landlord or its architect, as provided above. Landlord to provide up to three (3) sets of double exterior front doors per Tenant's needs.
STORE FRONT. Tenant shall, at Xxxxxx's sole cost and expense, professionally maintain and keep clean at all times the interior and exterior of the store front forming the exterior of the Premises, including but not limited to the interior and exterior of all glass windows, partitioning, cases, glass side lights and metal trim around and between the windows, doors and thresholds thereof (the “store Front”), in a first class manner. Landlord shall not be obligated to clean or otherwise maintain the Store Front. Xxxxxx agrees that any cleaning of the Store Front will, at Tenant's expense, be performed only by a professional contractor. Tenant acknowledges that the entire appearance of the Premises, including but not limited to the Store Front, is an essential element of the first class appearance of the Building. Therefore, Xxxxxx agrees that Landlord shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant, to inspect the exterior and interior of the Store Front to verify that Tenant is maintaining and cleaning the interior and exterior of the Store Front in a first-class manner. If Landlord determines that Tenant is not maintaining and cleaning the Interior or exterior or the Store Front in a first-class manner, Landlord shall provide notice of this fact to Tenant, and if Tenant does not commence to cure such non-compliance within ten (10) days after receipt of Landlord's notice and thereafter diligently pursue such cure to completion, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, in addition to Xxxxxxxx's other remedies for breach of Tenant's obligations hereunder cure such non-compliance and charge Tenant for Landlord's costs in connection therewith, plus a fee of 15% of such costs, which charges shall be paid by Tenant to Lessor within ten (10) days after Xxxxxx's receipt of Landlord's demand therefor provided such action by Landlord shall not be deemed to cure Tenant's breach of its obligations hereunder.
STORE FRONT. Tenant shall keep Tenant’s display windows illuminated and the signs and exterior lights lighted each and every day of the Term of the Lease during the hours designated by Landlord.
STORE FRONT. The store front shall be 1" thick clear insulating glass and prefinished metal panels set in an anodized aluminum thermal break frame system. One tempered clear glass and anodized aluminum entrance door to be provided by Landlord. DEMISING WALLS Tenant demising walls (party walls) shall typically be 5/8" thick Type X gypsum board on 4" standard steel studs at 16" centers. Tenant shall field verify actual stud location. Gypsum board will be taped and sanded, ready for finishing by Tenant. Where the steel studs are to carry any Tenant required wall mounted equipment, the costs to reinforce the wall to carry the additional loads to be borne by Tenant. One side of each demising wall above the ceiling plane will be carried to underside of roof deck by Landlord.
STORE FRONT. Landlord will finish and install straight standard aluminum and clear plate glass store front, with a pair of 3' entry doors.

STORE FRONT. Maximum Length 15 feet Maximum Height 2 feet Balance Vertical Capital letters will be spaced so they have an equal border on top and bottom of each letter. Smaller case letters will be placed even with the bottom of the capital letter. Horizontal Letters will be spaced equally on both the left half of the sign area and on the right half of the sign area. Miscellaneous All letters are to be mounted flush to fascia. Projected mounting of letters is not permitted. Letters are to be mounted with stainless steel fasteners to prevent staining of fascia.
