Master Plans. Generalized, non-binding, land use plans for targeted areas that are prepared and adopted by a municipality for the purpose of integrating large scale residential and non-residential development in a unified manner.
Master Plans. All proposed municipal Master Plans, revisions or amendments shall be submitted to the Committee for review and comment.
Master Plans. Both the Riverfront Triangle Master Plan (not formally adopted in 2003 but is the basis for the current special zoning district) and adopted Downtown Master Plan describe the general amenities and constraints of each tract from a marketing perspective including access to the site; proximity to amenities including the river, parks, trails, shopping; views; nearby arterial streets and Interstate; neighborhood employment generators; etc. Constraints impacting the cost of development of the Fox Site include: topography, zoning and parking requirements, needed utilities, poor access to the interior of the site, etc. Both plans call for dense, multi-use developments that recognize the amenities through superior design and construction materials. It is likely that zoning will have to be adjusted to meet Downtown Master Plan recommended densities and building heights but a must be found to maintain design standards and other specific requirements found in the current zoning
Master Plans. The Owner agrees that the Property shall be subject to all applicable master plans adopted by the City, as may be amended from time to time, including but not limited to the comprehensive plan, drainage, transportation, utilities, Airport, parks and open space.
Master Plans. A set of preliminary and conceptual plans for the Rangers Complex. MLB Agency Agreement. MLB Agency Agreement shall mean the Amended and Restated Agency Agreement, effective as of January 1, 2013, by and among Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the various Major League Baseball Clubs and the BOC (and the Operating Guidelines related thereto), as may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. MLB Approval. MLB Entity shall mean each of the BOC, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., and/or any of their respective present or future affiliates, assigns or successors. MLB Governing Documents. MLB Governing Documents shall mean the following documents as in effect from time to time and any amendments, supplements or other modifications thereto and all replacement or successor documents thereto that may in the future be entered into: (a) the Major League Constitution, (b) the Basic Agreement between the Major League Baseball Clubs and the Major League Baseball Players Association, (c) the Professional Baseball Agreement between the BOC, on behalf of itself and the Major League Baseball Clubs, and the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues, (d) the Major League Rules (and all attachments thereto), (e) the Interactive Media Rights Agreement, effective as of January 20, 2000, by and among the BOC, the various Major League Baseball Clubs, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. and various other MLB Entities and (f) each agency agreement and operating MLB Ownership Guidelines. The “Memorandum re: Ownership Transfers – Guidelines & Procedures” issued by the Commissioner on February 16, 2017, as the same may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time. MLB Rules and Regulations. MLB Rules and Regulations shall mean (a) MLB Governing Documents, (b) any present or future agreements or arrangements entered into by, or on behalf of, the BOC, any other MLB Entity or the Major League Baseball Clubs acting collectively, including, without limitation, agreements or arrangements entered into pursuant to the MLB Governing Documents, and (c) the pre...
Master Plans. Maintain and update the existing master plans for the Facility. Authority will participate in planning sessions to communicate proposed or anticipated expansions, decreases or other material changes in the Facilities. Company shall provide a semi-annual report of updates and changes to the master plan.
Master Plans. 14.7.1 The GN, in close consultation with the Relevant CJPMC, shall prepare, or commission the preparation of, a Master Plan for each Park based on the Framework for Master Plans prepared pursuant to section 14.3, the Inventory of Park Resources prepared pursuant to section 14.4, and any other advice and recommendations of the Relevant CJPMC.
14.7.2 The Master Plan shall address, without limitation, park boundaries, design and plan options, tourism opportunities, and specific proposals for meeting the reasons for the Park’s establishment and the objectives of this IIBA while minimizing disruption of local use.
14.7.3 The GN, the CJPMC and any contractor shall work closely with local Inuit, other residents and organizations with related interests in preparing the Master Plan.
14.7.4 When the draft Master Plan has been completed to the satisfaction of the CJPMC, the CJPMC shall approve the Plan. Following the CJPMC’s approval of the draft Master Plan, the GN and the CJPMC shall conduct public consultations on the draft Master Plan so as to ensure that the views and concerns of Inuit and other local residents in Affected Communities are solicited for incorporation into the Plan.
14.7.5 Following the consultation on the draft Master Plan, the CJPMC may forward additional recommendations to the Superintendent.
14.7.6 The GN shall prepare a revised Master Plan based on the recommendations of the CJPMC, taking into account the recommendations of other interested persons or bodies, and present the revised Master Plan to the CJPMC for approval.
14.7.7 The GN shall make any further changes to the revised Master Plan that the CJPMC indicates are necessary to incorporate its recommendations.
14.7.8 All members of the CJPMC shall approve the revised Master Plan prior to the forwarding of the Plan to the NJPMC for approval.
14.7.9 Following the CJPMC’s approval of the revised Master Plan, the GN shall forward the revised Master Plan together with any comments, including those from other interested parties, to the NJPMC for approval. The NJPMC shall consider, in particular, whether the Master Plan is consistent with the Nunavut Parks Program and this IIBA.
14.7.10 The GN and the NJPMC may conduct such other consultation with the Affected Community on the revised Master Plan as they deem appropriate. The NJPMC may provide any recommendations to the Superintendent.
Master Plans. The CONSULTANT may be required to review master plans of local governments and MPOS as they relate to bicycle/pedestrian, and other multi-modal aspects. The CONSULTANT may also be required to develop aspects of or entire master plans for the DEPARTMENT for multi-modal planning.
Master Plans. The Coyote Creek Trail Master Plan (Montague Expressway to Xxxxxx Park) was approved by City Council on September 13, 2011 by Resolution No. 75982.
