Section K. When a constructive advice record is to be prepared on an employee, the employee may have the Union xxxxxxx or a Union business representative present, if he so desires. Any such constructive advice records not received by the Union within ten (10) days shall be null and void.
Section K. Revise this Section to read as follows: "Principals will endeavor to make notification of change in assignment prior to the final bid list."
Section K. 2 of the Prime Lease is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety as follows: "That Subtenant shall pay any and all taxes, including personal property, franchise, use, real estate taxes and assessments, employment taxes charged against said Premises, and its operation. Nothing contained in this Sublease shall be construed to require Subtenant to pay any tax based on net income of Prime Landlord or Sublandlord."
Section K. An administrator shall have the right to review his personnel file at a time mutually acceptable to the Superintendent or designee and the administrator.
Section K. Provide a complete copy of all certifications from System for Award Management (XXX) and all additional certifications found in Section K. Negative responses are required. If utilizing XXX, offerors are reminded to complete all certifications annotated in XXX for completion based on individual acquisitions prior to proposal submission. Offerors shall provide the certification at DFARS 252.227-7017 and 252.227-7028, Identification and Assertion of Use, Release or Disclosure Restrictions as it applies to the basic ID/IQ contract and Delivery Orders 0001, 0002, and 0003. Contractor’s asserting that any product is a commercial product must ensure that the product is a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101 and provide evidence that the commercial item has been purchased by the general public or non-governmental entities for purposes other than governmental. This evidence may be in the form of Purchase Orders, Contracts, or the equivalent.
Section K. Student Information 3 To ensure the safety of students and employees, the District will provide appropriate information on a need-to- 5 possible, this shall be done prior to the start of school or within the first two (2) weeks. 6
Section K. The District shall provide classroom access to part-time faculty members so that classes can begin and end on time.
Section K. The duties of any bargaining unit member or the responsibilities of any position in the bargaining unit 4 shall not be altered, increased or transferred to persons not covered by this agreement.

The employer agrees that administrators, teachers, supervisors as described by XXXX, and non-unit 7 except in emergencies when union employees are not available or have refused to do the work assigned 8 except in cases where unsafe conditions are being charged by an employee. An emergency shall be 9 defined as an unforeseen circumstance which calls for immediate action in a situation which 10 is not expected to be of a recurring nature.
