Common use of Storm Leave Clause in Contracts

Storm Leave. Where weather conditions are such that an Employee is unable to report to the office, the absence may be charged to annual vacation credits or compensatory time credits. The Employee shall verbally indicate their elected option.

Storm Leave. (a) Where weather conditions are such that an Employee employee is unable to report to the officeoffice to which she is assigned, the this absence may be charged to annual vacation credits credits, or compensatory time credits. (c) Lateness due to weather is not penalized, unless the amount of time is unreasonable.
