Streamlining. Phase in oral legal proceedings in order to extend the benefits of such a system to those areas where it does not exist, and the guarantee of direct access to a judge in all proceedings;
Streamlining. The parties acknowledge that the way that the NHS recruits and inducts all its staff can be improved in ways which are more considerate of the time of the employee as well as more efficient. They are grateful that NHS Improvement and HEE have undertaken to mandate all employers to establish regional streamlining processes by April 2017.
Streamlining. In carrying out this section, the Secretary shall—
(1) to the maximum extent practicable, use existing research done by Federal, State, regional, local, and private entities to eliminate redundancies and related costs;
(2) receive from any of the entities described in subsection (c)(2)—
(A) contributed funds; or
(B) research that may be eligible for credit as work- in-kind under applicable Federal law; and
(3) enable each District or combination of Districts of the Corps of Engineers that jointly participate in carrying out an assessment under this section to consider regionally appropriate engineering, biological, ecological, social, economic, and other factors in carrying out the assessment.

Streamlining. As described previously, to meet WQBEL Performance Standards, the Water Department undertook a process to transition from the demonstration phase to full-scale implementation. This evolution may require some changes to the Water Department’s organizational structure, procedures and policies, and how the Water Department works with fellow City agencies. The Water Department is reviewing how it interacts with other City agencies and non-City entities to identify and, where needed, resolve any conflicts between current regulations and the implementation goals of the Green City, Clean Waters program. Also, the Water Department is identifying and mapping out strategies for overcoming potential future legal obstacles as they emerge during program implementation. This section of the IAMP identifies actions underway or completed by the Water Department to address previously identified needs, and describes the framework for continuing to address policy and coordination needs as they emerge during implementation. There are three categories of these actions. The first includes streamlining the Water Department’s structure, protocols, and communication pathways. The second includes actions that facilitate the identification, prioritization and resolution of policy obstacles to effective Green City, Clean Waters implementation. The third category defines steps that streamline coordination with organizations outside of the Water Department to maintain compliance with the COA.
Streamlining. Further streamlining of the planning review process, as it relates to Provincial, NPCA and regional/local interests, is encouraged.
