STUDENT DIRECTORY INFORMATION. Upon enrolling in the Dual Credit program, each Student’s general directory information (defined by the College, pursuant to FERPA, to exclude student addresses) will become part of the College’s student general directory information, and will be subject to the Texas Public Information Act.

Upon enrolling in the ECHS, each student’s directory information (defined by the College, pursuant to FERPA, to exclude student addresses) will become part of the College’s student directory information as that term is defined by FERPA, and each student’s directory information will remain subject to the Texas Public Information Act.

Upon enrolling in the P-TECH, each student’s directory information (defined by the College, pursuant to FERPA, to exclude student addresses) will become part of the College’s student directory information as that term is defined by FERPA, and each student’s directory information will remain subject to the Texas Public Information Act.
STUDENT DIRECTORY INFORMATION. Upon enrolling in a dual credit/enrollment course, appropriate student’s information will become part of the student’s directory information and may be subject to the Texas Public Information Act.
STUDENT DIRECTORY INFORMATION. The items listed below are designated as “directory information” and may be released for appropriate reasons (i.e., newspaper for awards or honors, information for student directory, or DaVinci website for marketing) at the discretion of DaVinci Academy of Science and the Arts. A parent has the right to withhold the release of any or all this information by notifying the school in writing annually.

Upon enrolling in a dual credit course, the dual credit student’s information will become part of the College’s student directory information and subject to the Texas Public Information Act. Students will be able to designate release of directory information at both the College and District. Collecting and sharing data between the College, and the School District will follow College and the School District procedures and policies to provide support for decision making processes.
STUDENT DIRECTORY INFORMATION. Within the first month of the school year, a Student Directory listing students’ and parents’ names, addresses, home telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses is made available. The Student Directory should be used to acquaint parents with the names of their children(s) classmates and parents. These directories should not be used or sold for other purposes. To opt out of this directory, the parent/guardian must make the request in writing to the school office.
