Student Transfers. If a student transfers within the district, the Education Assistant/Childcare Worker/Child and Youth Care Worker assigned to that student will have the option to transfer with the student or exercise their seniority rights in accordance with Article 17 β Lay-offs and Recalls of this Agreement.
