Student Work Stations. In classes which require specific student work-stations, the number of pupils assigned shall not exceed the number of student work stations, nor shall it exceed the class size maxima, except upon mutual agreement between the Alliance and the Administration, and except that automotive, woodworking, carpentry, welding, ceramics and sculpture classes shall have a class size maxima of eighteen (18) students per class. Art classes other than ceramics and sculpture may not exceed the number of student work stations nor shall they exceed the class size maxima. A student work station in an art class is defined as a desk/table and chair. The technical education classes of Computer Assisted Design, Architectural Design, Landscaping, Drafting, Robotics, Photography and Digital Media and Culinary classes shall have a class size maximum of twenty (20) students per class. Work stations for all Family and Consumer Science classes shall be defined as a desk/table and chair, except that a station for Cooking classes shall be defined as four (4) students per stove/kitchen area; a station for Sewing classes shall be defined as two (2) students per sewing machine; and a station for Fashion Design shall be defined as four

Classes primarily affected by this stipulation include shops, laboratories, typing and physical education. Band and chorus shall be excluded from the class size maxima.
Student Work Stations. The District shall, in consultation with the teacher, determine the number of workstations and the number of students per workstation in a room.

Related to Student Work Stations

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.

  • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.
