Subscription Plan Changes. A. Changing from Monthly Subscription Plan to Annual Subscription Plan or Cancelling of Monthly Subscription Plan can be done any time upon Customer’s request. The application will be effected on the first day of the next calendar month after Hanya Star approves.

Subscription Plan Changes. You may change your Subscription Plan at any time by completing and submitting Loadmill’s then-current designated online Subscription update form (“Update Form”). In the Update Form, you will be requested: (i) to choose a new Subscription Plan; (ii) to provide current, complete and accurate information in connection with your Subscription; and (iii) to pay the applicable Fees (if required). If you choose to change your Subscription Plan, you agree to provide complete and accurate information in connection with your Update Form. You If you choose to change your Subscription Plan, your new Subscription Plan shall become effective upon confirmation of your Subscription change by Loadmill. The Fees will be updated accordingly so that you will be refunded and/or additionally charged (as applicable) the difference between the price of your Subscription Plan prior to the update and your new Subscription Plan, calculated on a prorated basis (with respect to the remainder of the then-current Subscription Plan term at the time the change becomes effective), in the subsequent Billing Cycle (as defined below) following the Subscription Plan change.

You may change your Subscription Plan by submitting a request to do so at: (i) if you are based in the UK - xxxxxxx-xx@xxxx.xx; or (ii) if you are based in any other country - xxxxxxx-xx@xxxx.xx (“Plan Change Request”) as provided in Sections 2.6.2 or 2.6.3 below (as applicable). If you wish to change your Subscription Plan, your will be required to: (i) specify the new Subscription Plan you wish to receive in the Plan Change Request; (ii) to provide current, complete and accurate information in connection with your Subscription in the Plan Change Request; and (iii) pay the Applicable Fees for the new Subscription Plan.

Subscription Plan Changes. If you wish to change your Subscription Plan (e.g., from a monthly Subscription Plan to a yearly Subscription Plan or vice versa), you must terminate your current Subscription in accordance with these Terms and your Plan Terms and purchase a new Subscription under the Subscription Plan have you wish to have.
