Common use of Subsequent Service Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Service. 7. As a condition of being granted leave, the employee shall enter into a contract upon terms to be mutually agreed upon to continue in the service of the South Plainfield Board of Education for a period of not less than two (2) years after the expiration of the leave of absence.
