Substance Abuse Program. The Parties to this PLA recognize the need to provide a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace. In order to produce as safe a workplace as possible, it is understood and agreed that the Parties parties abide by the rules and provisions of the mutually agreed upon substance abuse program includes the following types of testing: pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, random, and return-to-work.
