Summary of CCIP Coverages. CCIP GL, WC & Excess Liability Coverages shall apply only to those operations of each Enrolled Party performed at the Project site in connection with the Work, and only to Enrolled Parties that are eligible for the CCIP. CCIP GL, WC & Excess Liability coverages shall not apply to ineligible parties, even if they are erroneously enrolled in the CCIP. An Enrolled Party’s operations away from the Project site, including product manufacturing, fabrication, assembling, or otherwise, shall only be covered if such off-site operations are identified and are dedicated solely to the Project. Summary of CCIP Coverages. CCIP Coverages shall apply only to those operations of each Enrolled Party performed at the Project site in connection with the Work, and only to Enrolled Parties that are eligible for the CCIP. The CCIP Site Definition is: “All locations along the 6.6 miles of the Expo 2 Light Rail Project track route, and within a 10 mile radius of the construction zone, inclusive of contractor staging and storage sites, and employee parking sites for enrolled participants, or that are utilized in conjunction with the construction and supporting activities of this Expo 2 Light Rail Project”. CCIP Coverages shall not cover off-site operations until receipt by Subcontractor of any tier of written acknowledgment of such coverage from the CCIP Administrator. Contact the CCIP Administrator if any location outside of this definition will be used solely for construction or supporting activities for this project.   • Continuity of Coverage When a new employee to the district was previously employed by a SEBB employer and was eligible for SEBB coverage, that employee will have uninterrupted benefit coverage if they are anticipated to work 630 hours or more in the school year. If an employee was not anticipated to work 630 hours in a school year but meets that eligibility criteria during the school year, the employee will become eligible for SEBB benefits and will begin coverage in the month following this establishment of eligibility.

  • The General Liability and Property Damage coverages required for performance of this Agreement shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds. If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, then the required Automotive Liability coverage shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds. Coverage shall be primary and non-contributory with any other insurance and self-insurance.
