The summary must address the following items for each contract and agreement: • Name of contract organization; • Type of contract or agreement (e.g., contract, Memorandum of Understanding, or agreement); • Brief description of the purpose and scope of the agreement and how and where services are provided; and • Timeframe for each contract or agreement (e.g., ongoing contractual relationship, specific duration).

  • Contracts and Subgrants Grantee may not, without Agency’s prior written consent, enter into any contracts or subgrants for any of the Project activities required of Grantee under this Grant. Agency’s consent to any contract or subgrant will not relieve Grantee of any of its duties or obligations under this Grant.

  • Attachment C, Standard State Provisions for Contracts and Grants Attachment C is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the Attachment C December 15, 2017 attached to this Amendment.   • SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):

  • Teacher Contracts A. Contracts for the employment of teachers shall be of two types: Limited Contracts and Continuing Contracts.

  • Existing Agreements The Executive represents to the Company that he is not subject or a party to any employment or consulting agreement, non-competition covenant or other agreement, covenant or understanding which might prohibit him from executing this Agreement or limit his ability to fulfill his responsibilities hereunder.

  • Assignments and Subcontracts Seller shall not assign or subcontract this Agreement or any right or obligation hereunder without the prior written consent of NETAPP. NETAPP may from time to time assign this Agreement or any rights, obligations, or benefits hereunder to its related, affiliated, or successor corporations.

  • Payment of Checks, Drafts and Orders Subject to Section 9.5, the Assuming Institution agrees to pay all properly drawn checks, drafts and withdrawal orders of depositors of the Failed Bank presented for payment, whether drawn on the check or draft forms provided by the Failed Bank or by the Assuming Institution, to the extent that the Deposit balances to the credit of the respective makers or drawers assumed by the Assuming Institution under this Agreement are sufficient to permit the payment thereof, and in all other respects to discharge, in the usual course of conducting a banking business, the duties and obligations of the Failed Bank with respect to the Deposit balances due and owing to the depositors of the Failed Bank assumed by the Assuming Institution under this Agreement.

  • Copies of Contract Upon final ratification and approval of this agreement, the employer shall prepare and make available to the bargaining agent and each of the employees in the bargaining unit a copy thereof.

  • Covered Contracts and Contractors If the Contract exceeds $100,000 and the Contractor employed more than 40 full-time employees on a single working day during the previous 12 months in Minnesota or in the state where it has its principle place of business, then the Contractor must comply with the requirements of Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 and Minnesota Rule Parts 5000.3400-5000.3600. A Contractor covered by Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 because it employed more than 40 full-time employees in another state and does not have a certificate of compliance, must certify that it is in compliance with federal affirmative action requirements.
