Presentation for Scaling Purchaser shall present products so that they may be Scaled in an eco- nomical and safe manner. If prior to Scaling, Included Timber is to be mixed with other timber, Purchaser shall, prior to mixing, provide for distinguishing, by means ap- proved by Forest Service, each product included in this contract. Trees or pieces presented for Scaling that have not been bucked to separate material meeting minimum piece standards from material not meeting minimum piece standards due to diameter, shall be Scaled as though such bucking had been done. Deductions made for rot, check, or other defects re- sulting from abnormal delay in Scaling caused by Pur- chaser shall be recorded separately and charged to Xxx- ber Sale Account under B3.47. Any timber that has been removed from Sale Area during the period of this contract, but remains unscaled after Termination Date, shall be Scaled at the earliest rea- sonable date.
Requests For Samples By Authorized Users Requests for samples by Authorized Users require the consent of the Contractor. Where Contractor refuses to furnish a sample, Authorized User may, in its sole discretion, make a determination on the performance capability of the Product or on the issue in question. Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.

Field Training Officers The position of Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be held by a Trooper or Sergeant who most closely meets the requirements set forth by the Employer which are outlined in policy OSP-501.08. If the Employer determines there are an insufficient number of qualified volunteers, it may appoint other individuals to be FTOs. The District Commander shall make the final selections. A supplement of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) shall be given to all FTOs for the sixty (60) working day training period. This amount will be prorated in instances where the training period is cut short or lengthened. Field Training Officers and their trainees will be required to work twenty (20) days on each of the three shifts during the training period.
Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

Cell Phone Employee shall be provided with a cell phone, with e-mail capabilities, at Board expense. As a condition of receipt of said cell phone, employee is expected to be reachable as necessary and appropriate by the Superintendent and Board President for the thorough and efficient operation of the School District. Incidental personal use shall be permitted. Employees shall have the option of being reimbursed for the use of a personal smartphone in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month instead of accepting a district cell phone. As a condition of this reimbursement, employee must a) be reasonably available at all times via the personal phone; and b) take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of student and staff information being transmitted to and through said phone.
