Common use of Summer School Employment Clause in Contracts

Summer School Employment. 1. Each summer school center shall advertise all anticipated bargaining unit vacancies no later than sixty (60) days prior to the beginning date for such positions. The notice shall state the title of the position; where to apply for the position; deadline for submitting application; certification required; beginning and ending date of employment; the school where the application is to be sent; and the person with whom applications are to be submitted. Each applicant must apply for at least two (2) summer school locations. 2. All applicants shall be informed of the status of their applications no later than twenty (20) days prior to the beginning date of employment.
