Super Critical Coverage i. In addition to the Critical Coverage provision above, the Company may designate any day(s) whereby awarded Open Time shall be paid above guarantee at a rate of 300% of a Flight Attendant’s flight hourly rate. Any day(s) designated to be paid at a rate of 300% will be referred to as Super Critical Coverage day(s). The Company may designate specific Super Critical Coverage day(s) for specific domicile(s). All Company designations of Super Critical Coverage are final and binding as to the designated day(s).

Related to Super Critical Coverage

  • Medical Coverage The Executive shall be entitled to such continuation of health care coverage as is required under, and in accordance with, applicable law or otherwise provided in accordance with the Company’s policies. The Executive shall be notified in writing of the Executive’s rights to continue such coverage after the termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to this Section 3(d)(iv), provided that the Executive timely complies with the conditions to continue such coverage. The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Executive is responsible to make all payments required for any such continued health care coverage that the Executive may choose to receive.

  • Additional Coverage To the extent that insurance coverage provided by Consultant maintains higher limits than the minimums appearing in Exhibit B, City requires and shall be entitled to coverage for higher limits maintained.
